Black Artists Retreat 2019: Sonic Imagination at the Park Avenue Armory
It's often a challenge for me to put my camera down and just be in the moment, but I made an effort this time, only a few photos to share from experiences that truly changed me as a person and as an artist. Moving forward the conversations I had at BAR helped to focus and define my practice, solidifying connections I was able to see in my own work between sound, music, healing.
Always so needed and important to spend time with other Black artists.
